Know exactly what to expect before you walk in.
Walking into a new gym is the hardest part. From the moment you walk in, you'll be welcomed, looked after, and coached every step of the way.
From booking to your first session.

1
Step one
Book your 7 Day Experience.
Pick a class from our timetable — any session, any time. The 7 Day Experience is free, and it gives you access to every class on our schedule for a full week.
Not sure where to start? Most new members start with Blend, Evolve, or Heavy — they're scalable, beginner-friendly, and a great way to meet the coaches.
-
2
Step two
Arrive ten minutes early.
When you arrive, our team will be ready to welcome you with a smile, show you around the facility, then have you fill out our Health Pre-Questionnaire Form, chat briefly about your goals and any injuries, and get you set up with the app. This takes about five minutes — no awkward onboarding meeting, no hard sell.
What to bringTraining clothes, a water bottle, a towel. We supply the rest. If you have cross-trainers or lifting shoes, bring them.
Bringing the kids? Parents are welcome to use our supervised on-site creche during the trial — included with every membership at no extra cost.
-
3
Step three
Meet your coach.
Every session is led by a qualified coach. They'll introduce themselves, walk you through the session, and explain how each movement will be scaled for you. If you're newer or returning from injury, they'll adjust the workout so it fits where you're at — no ego, no pressure.
-
4
Step four
Train with the group.
Follow the structured session. Ask questions. Go at your own pace. The atmosphere is focused but welcoming — everyone in the room started exactly where you're starting now. You'll do a warm-up, the main piece, and a cool-down. Sessions are up to 60 minutes long.
What it feels likeStructured — you'll always know what you're doing and why. Supportive — the coach is on the floor with you the whole session. Grounded — no hype playlists, no chaos.
-
5
Step five
Come back the next day.
Your 7 Day Experience gives you a week of access. Try a different session. See how Evolve feels different from Elevate. Meet another coach. By the end of the week, you'll know if we're a fit — and if so, becoming our newest Elevate member is super easy.
No pressure, everIf we're not the right fit — that's completely fine. No hard sell, no follow-up calls. You'll just know.
What to bring on day one.
Whatever you're comfortable moving in. Supportive shoes — cross-trainers or lifters work.
A full one. We have a filtered station to refill during the session.
To download the Elevate app. You'll use it to preview sessions and book in afterwards.
A small one for sweat. Keep your bench, the bar, and yourself dry between sets.
